A2 Gir Cow Ghee is made from fresh milk of free-grazing Gir Cow. The milk is first boiled and then allowed to cool naturally to room temperature. After that, a natural starter culture is added and the milk is left overnight to turn into curd.
The curd is then churned using the traditional Bilona Method, which separates butter from the curd to make pure and traditional ghee. 🧈
